Terms & Conditions – World Elite Premium League (WEPL)
Welcome to World Elite Premium League (WEPL). These Terms & Conditions govern participation in WEPL trials, tournaments, and related activities. By registering for WEPL events, you agree to comply with the following rules and guidelines.
- Eligibility
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement set by WEPL.
Players must provide accurate personal information during registration.
WEPL reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements when necessary.
- Registration Process
All players must complete the official registration process through the WEPL website or authorized channels.
Information submitted must be correct and complete.
Registration confirmation will be required to participate in WEPL trials or events.
- Trial Participation
Only successfully registered players will be allowed to attend WEPL trials.
Trial schedules, venues, and timings will be communicated to registered participants.
Requests for changes in trial dates or locations may not be accepted.
- Fees & Payments
Registration or participation fees must be paid as specified during the process.
Additional fees may apply for advanced stages such as league participation or special events.
Fees once paid may not be refundable unless otherwise stated by WEPL.
- Player Conduct
All participants are expected to demonstrate discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.
Any form of misconduct, cheating, or violation of rules may result in immediate disqualification.
- Player Evaluation
During trials and matches, players will be evaluated by the WEPL management team, selectors, and experienced cricket professionals.
The decision of the selection panel will be considered final.
- Competition Categories
Players may participate in specific age groups or competition categories as determined by WEPL.
Categories and formats may vary depending on the league structure.
- League Progression
Players selected from trials may advance to higher competition levels such as regional, state, or national leagues organized by WEPL.
- Player Draft / Auction Opportunities
Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to participate in special team selection systems such as a player draft or auction, where teams select players for the league.
- Awards & Recognition
Outstanding players and teams may receive trophies, prize money, recognition, or sponsorship opportunities based on their performance.
- Media & Recording
WEPL may record or photograph trials, matches, and events for evaluation, promotional activities, and media purposes.
- Policy Updates
WEPL reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be published on the official platform.
- Disciplinary Action
WEPL reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any participant who violates league rules or engages in inappropriate conduct.
14. Match Rules & Umpire Decisions
All matches will be played according to the rules decided by WEPL management. The decision of the umpires and match officials will be final and binding.
- Media & Promotion Rights
By participating in WEPL events, players agree that their photos, videos, and match performances may be used by WEPL for promotional, marketing, and media purposes.
