Organizer & Leadership
Mr. Kimti Bishnoi is the Founder and Managing Director of World Elite Premium League (WEPL). With a strong vision for creating a fair, transparent, and professional cricket platform, he established WEPL to empower talented players and provide them with genuine opportunities to grow in competitive cricket.
Driven by passion for the sport and commitment to integrity, Mr. Bishnoi focuses on building a structured league system that prioritizes performance, discipline, and player development. His leadership aims to bridge the gap between raw talent and professional exposure by introducing well-organized trials, tournaments, and development pathways.
Under his guidance, WEPL continues to evolve as a performance-based league that values merit over background and opportunity over influence. Simple Process
WEPL Trials & Selection Process
World Elite Premium League (WEPL) follows a transparent, merit-based, and professional trial system
designed to identify genuine cricketing talent and provide equal opportunities to all players.
01.
Trial Registration
To participate in WEPL trials, all players must complete official registration.
• Registration can be completed through the WEPL website or authorized registration channels
• Only registered players are eligible to attend trials
• A valid identity proof may be required at the venue
02.
Trial Format
WEPL trials are conducted under match-like conditions to evaluate real performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 15 to 26 years (at the time of registration)
Category: Trials are currently open to Male Cricket Athletes only.

Selection Criteria
Selections are based strictly on performance and skill, not on reputation, background, or influence.
Key evaluation factors:
• Technical skills
• Match awareness & game sense
• Physical fitness
• Discipline & attitude
• Team compatibility
Selections are made only by qualified coaches, selectors, and match officials.

Scoring & Evaluation
• Each skill category carries specific marks
• Performance is recorded on official WEPL scoring sheets
• Final selection is based on the overall performance score
• Decisions of judges and selectors are final and binding
05.
Shortlisting & Final Selection
• Top performers are shortlisted after trials
• Shortlisted players may be invited for: Advanced skill assessment, Practice matches, Final evaluation
rounds
• Only final selected players are included in WEPL squads
06.
Fair Play & Transparency
WEPL maintains a zero-bias policy.
• No recommendations or external influence are accepted
• Every player receives a fair and equal opportunity
• Trials are conducted with professional transparency
07.
Trial Rules
• Players must carry standard cricket bats and safety gear
• Misconduct or indiscipline may lead to immediate disqualification
• Trial fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise

Participation in WEPL trials does not guarantee selection. Selection depends entirely on performance, discipline, and suitability for professional cricket.
