- League specific age bracket aur category follow karegi.
- Age proof dena compulsory hai.
- Kisi bhi galat eligibility claim par player ko bina notice disqualify kiya ja sakta hai.

- Trials & Selection Process
- Selection sirf on-ground performance, fitness aur discipline ke basis par hoga.
- Selection panel ka decision final rahega (no argument policy).
- WEPL ko right hai ki wo kisi bhi player ko shortlist ya reject kare.

- Players ko professional behaviour maintain karna hoga.
- Abuse, aggression, ya disrespect par strict action liya jayega.
- Match officials ke decision ko challenge karna allowed nahi hai.

- Match format, overs, timings WEPL decide karega.
- Schedule me changes possible hain (weather/management reasons).
- Reporting time miss karne par player/team ko disadvantage ya walkover mil sakta hai.

- Team formation WEPL ya authorized owners ke through hogi.
- Player swapping ya replacement sirf official approval ke baad allowed hai.
- Team naam aur jersey WEPL guidelines ke hisaab se honge.

- WEPL ko full right hai sponsorships, ads aur branding handle karne ka.
- Players ko official sponsors ke saath cooperate karna hoga.
- Personal promotion bina permission ke allowed nahi hoga.

- WEPL matches, photos, videos aur highlights ko record & publish kar sakta hai.
- Players ka naam, image aur performance data promotion me use ho sakta hai.
- Iske liye alag se permission ki zarurat nahi hogi.

- Player ko khud ensure karna hoga ki wo medically fit hai.
- Injury ya accident ke liye WEPL responsible nahi hoga.
- First-aid basic support ho sakta hai, lekin full medical cover nahi.

- Registration/trial fees strictly non-refundable & non-transferable hain.
- Kisi bhi cancellation ya delay par refund claim valid nahi hoga.

- Discipline Action Policy
- Repeated misconduct par player ko temporary ya permanent ban kiya ja sakta hai.
- Agar koi player league ki image ko damage karta hai, to us par legal action bhi liya ja sakta hai.

- Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Rule
- Match fixing, cheating, fake identity ya unfair practice par lifetime ban lag sakta hai.
- WEPL fair play ko highest priority deta hai.

- Rule Updates & Authority
- WEPL kisi bhi waqt rules update/change kar sakta hai.
- Sabhi updates automatically applicable honge.
- Final authority WEPL management ke paas hi rahegi.
- Digital Registration & Communication Policy
- WEPL ke sabhi updates (match schedule, selection, announcements) WhatsApp / Email / Dashboard ke through share kiye jayenge.
- Player ki responsibility hogi ki wo apni details active aur updated rakhe.
- Kisi bhi missed update ke liye WEPL responsible nahi hoga.

- Attendance & Commitment Rule
- Selected players ko practice sessions aur matches me regular attendance deni hogi.
- Without valid reason absence par player ko bench ya replace kiya ja sakta hai.
- Continuous absence par league se removal bhi ho sakta hai.

- Equipment & Kit Responsibility
- Basic playing kit (bat, gloves, shoes, etc.) player ki apni responsibility hogi jab tak WEPL specify na kare.
- WEPL sirf official match balls aur ground facilities provide karega.
- Kisi bhi personal equipment damage/loss ke liye WEPL responsible nahi hoga.

- Prize, Rewards & Recognition Policy (NEW)
- Prize money, awards ya certificates WEPL ke rules ke according distribute honge.
- Performance-based rewards me WEPL ka decision final hoga.
- Koi bhi dispute hone par claim consider nahi kiya jayega agar rules follow nahi kiye gaye.

- Players ko social media par WEPL ki positive image maintain karni hogi.
- League ya kisi player ke khilaf abusive ya negative content post karna punishable hoga.
- Violation par suspension ya ban lag sakta hai.

WEPL me register karte hi aap confirm karte hain ki:
- Aapne sab rules dhyaan se padhe hain
- Aap inhe follow karne ke liye fully agree hain
